01 — A residential philosophy
We build fewer things, and we hold onto them longer.
Every Raitani residence begins with the same brief: design something a family would still want to live in twenty-five years from now. It is a quieter ambition than scale.
The Raitani standard
An unornamented idea of luxury — long balconies, cross-ventilation, materials that age in your favour.
We design every floor plate twice — once for the architect's drawing, once for the family who will move a sofa into it. We pour our own RCC, we name our material suppliers in the spec sheet, and we publish the price list with no asterisks.
The result is residences that are calmer than they are showy, and that hold their value the way a house in a good neighbourhood is supposed to.
Buildings outlast the architects who design them. We design with that in mind.
